Dark Ages #1

Dark Ages is an odd mash up of the Knights and War of the Worlds with some Zombie action thrown in for flavor. These knights mean business.
They’re looking for a good war to earn their living. But things get sideways quickly when star spawned devils arrive on the backs of (or inside of to be more accurate) two meteors. Artist I.N.J. Culbard lays out slightly rought and simplistic visuals that are very effective and wouldn’t be out of place on a tapestry hanging on a castle wall. There’s plenty of sword on alien tentacle tongue action with a disturbing side of silent monks… and one, even more disturbing, not so silent monk. Oh, and an ominous obelisk that blots out the stars. So if you like your medieval pulpy action mixed with your alien invasion sci-fi, and of course some zombies, then this could be right up your alley.
